With the purpose of the contract: To provide professional services to the National Planning Department (DNP) by its own means, with full technical and administrative autonomy, in activities related to the implementation, maintenance, and support for the Institutional Management Systematization project, which includes the Institutional Management Information System – “SIGI”, the Institutional Planning Formulation and Monitoring System – “SISGESTION”, and the Knowledge Management Information System – “GECO” in accordance with the guidelines and directives issued by the project, the OTSI, and the Digital Government strategy established by MINTIC.

My involvement revolves around development in front-end with Angular and back-end with ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core. In addition, am responsible for creating stored procedures and performing tasks related to an Oracle database. These development activities are specifically focused on the SALUD.SIS platform, which serves as the health information system for the military forces in Colombia.
