This landmark structure has been a part of New Jersey's History and has since been renovated from a bank that serviced the community for years, into one of New Jerseys nicest apartment building. As a leasing administrator I became the face of the community. It was my duty to welcome new prospects interested in leasing as well as marketing the vacant units to raise out occupancy percentage. My other responsibilities were to make myself available for my residents when they need assistance on a daily basis. I would constantly do walkthroughs and stop to speak with my residents to make sure things in the community are well. Our maintenance team was onsite 12 hours out of the day during the week and 5 hours on weekend days but available 24/7. I coordinated all work orders and scheduling between both parties. Application Process; Late Rent Notifications; Coordinate Landlord/Tenant Meetings; Assist Property Manager with weekly finance and marketing reports; Acquire new local companies to cross market (Trenton Thunder; Trenton Devils); Broad Street Bank Apartments was partially subsidized and I would constantly communicate with State Offices and Administrators to ensure state funds were being provided for the residents that needed assistance.
