Ensure ERP system is used to document all production related information and technical documentation.Manage multiple project including planning, RFQing, negotiation with vendors, cost and time management. I was asked to be the project manager for Canada for 6 months, in which time I fulfilled all the functions and responsabilities of project manager for WACAM and also for Canada Market.
