As Co-Owner/Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Local Real Estate LLC, Andres Sanchez brings an exceptional skill set to the brokerage’s real estate operations, serving its agents and clients alike. Prior to entering the real estate industry, while earning his degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Florida International University, Andres actively worked in the information technology, digital media, marketing and product design industries. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Andres was also a technology and digital marketing consultant, and actively evaluated and assisted start-up companies. He played a vital role in helping build the National Basketball Association’s media distribution and digital footprint in Latin America from 2006 - 2010.Andres also earned his real estate license in 2011 and served as the Market Center Administrator and Chief Financial Officer of a successful local Keller Williams real estate franchise. In 2018, Andres and his business partner, Angela Parker, opened Local Real Estate LLC, a local and regional boutique real estate brokerage specializing in residential real estate sales in Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Hendry, and Sarasota Counties. Since its inception, the brokerage has closed over 2.000 units with over $1 billion dollars in sales volume, with over $300 million just in the last 12 months and growing. In addition to overseeing the brokerage’s administration and financial operations, Andres also oversees the brokerage’s various technology and marketing platforms and innovations, supporting the firm’s growth and agent support. Andres currently serves as the MLS Committee Chairperson for the Bonita Estero Association of REALTORS® and is a sitting Board Member with the B.E.R. Home Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
