Software Academy where students pay no tuition until they find a job. Students land jobs at companies like Rappi, Google, Apple, Tesla. Operated by Coderise.org in Colombia.In addition to being the first investor, I helped raise $8M in commitments, recruited the executive and engineering team for each campus and helped open four campuses in four cities in the first 12 months for 500 enrolled students out of 12,000 applicants.During the COVID crisis, led the team in a successful transformation from an in-person academy to an online program for 500 students in less than 24 hours.
