• Build and manage relationships with key Workplace Pension clients and make sure their employees are engaged
• Come up with a plan for winning new business and take part in pitches for new clients
• Be the go-to person on the Workplace Pension team, providing guidance, mentoring, and expert knowledge, as well as helping shape our strategy and products.

• Build relationships with Scottish Widows' top corporate clients to keep and grow their pension schemes
• Manage the overall strategy and relationship for a group of corporate pension customers and their intermediaries
• Come up with and carry out effective business plans for each intermediary and employer client to hit our targets for new and existing business.

Central London

• Build and grow relationships with the biggest Scottish Widows Corporate Pension Clients
• Work with Corporate Account Managers to create strong working relationships between Scottish Widows, Corporate Pension Clients, and their intermediaries
• Work with internal teams to make the best use of resources and get the results we want.
