Started as a Steel Worker of the team in charge of building the whole load bearing structure of a five-story building. As I got to know the people and contractors, I was given the task of the communication between our foreman and the construction company in charge of the project, Klein Construction. This was thanks to my Spanish and English language. I also oversaw reading the plan layout of structural panels that we received directly from the manufacturer in Wisconsin giving support to the different stages as we completed the building.
