Greet customers and manage the initial experience of patrons, focusing on light conversation and pleasant transition to dining arrangements at a newly re-opened and beloved restaurant. Selected Contributions:- Greet and acknowledge guests and seat patrons by escorting them to assigned seating, or communicate delays.- Walk through dining room during service to ensure great satisfaction and communicate needs of the patrons to the servers and bussing staff.- Communicate with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure dining details are handled properly and the concerns of the patrons are addressed.

As the sole Counselor for the Welcome Center, I was responsible for being the initial point of contact for students and visitors at The New School University. I served over forty-five Undergraduate academic programs across five colleges, knowing intimate details about each major to convey to any visitor. Selected Contributions:- Assisted over 10,000 visitors per year by providing daily Admissions Information Sessions prior to student led tours. - Traveled to regional college fairs, conferences and Accepted Student Days as a representative of The New School. - Helped to manage and connect with current student tour guide staff, train new tour guides and assisted in new tour development.- Aided in planning large scale events on campus ranging from 50 to 5,000 people in attendance.

As the Assistant Director I partnered closely with program directors to design and implement language immersion and cultural enrichment for study abroad students from Spelman College, Pennsylvania State University and Brown University.
