I helped clients across diverse industries optimize their software expenditures by negotiating contracts with software vendors to secure more favorable terms and conditions, resulting in significant cost savings. In doing so, I built and maintained strong relationships with said software vendors to ensure my clients received the best possible deals and support.

As a Product Owner, I planned, built, and executed the customer onboarding and success roadmap for ChatterBox, a proprietary live chat web service. I created various self-training material such as videos, knowledgebase articles, and advised our customers on the best practices in the Retail industry. I also onboarded and trained Retail store owners and their sales teams to fully adopt the live chat service.As a Customer Success Manager, I onboarded, managed, and supported around 100 Retail accounts on Retailer Web Services’ (RWS) suite of digital marketing software: WebFronts, WebFronts Review, RetailDeck, AdRocket, and ChatterBox while assuming the role of a digital advisor to increase customers' online store visibility and revenue. My tasks ranged from acting as a webmaster and creating digital advertising content to coding custom web pages and providing training in RWS's software suite.

I taught English as a second language, primarily preparing students of all ages and professionals for English certification tests such as TOEFL, Cambridge, and IELTS.
