• Development and execution of sales engineering strategies, in order to identify opportunities for improvement and early gains in the customer's supply chain, enable by the implementation of world-class information systems.• Evaluate operation flows and customer business processes in order to identify improvement opportunities to develop optimization strategies that drive business results.• Estimate the professional services and make the project plan required for each client at the consulting level. • Elaborate and present business cases based on strategic analysis from the operation, in order to support the investment in the project of the offered world-class solution.

• Lead and manage the execution of WMS supply chain optimization projects and operations planning through digital transformation in distribution centers with more 20.000 SKUs on portafolio in different countries around Latin America, working with clients such as Grupo Éxito (Colombia), Ransa (El Salvador), Agricorp (Nicaragua), Implosa (Panama) and Grupo Melo (Panama).• Map, re-define and optimize warehousing processes such as receiving, cross-docking, putaway, replenishment, planning, picking, packing, shipping and inventory management, compliance with the parameters of time, quality, cost, service and security. • Provide support and propose ideas for the development and implementation of warehouse infrastructure projects in order to ensure a continuous improvement and operational efficiency.• Lead multicultural teams to accomplish all customer requirements to achieve project goals.

• Manage and implement high impact optimization projects at the sub assembly processes in the duty free zone from General Motors Colmotores making use of continuous improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) and WCM (World Class Manufacturing) to contribute with the improvement of supply logistics, manufacturing costs, quality, production and security. • Check KPI’s and track action plans to improve the performance of manufacturing area.• Make statistical reports to have control of the lost material inventory in operation, productivity, costs, quality and safety.

• Lead students and advise the fulfillment of academic projects, grading tasks and projects in subjects such as physics, solids mechanics, mathematical modelling and quality from Industrial Engineering department.
