Wunderkind is a software company that helps online publishers and retailers maximize the value they get from their traffic. Our software reads the digital body language of each visitor to identify the optimal moment in time to present them with a prompt appropriate with their degree of affinity to the site. Not all visitors are the same and they shouldn't be treated as such.My team works with media companies and publishers who are looking to improve the following: 1) Monetization: we generate revenue from dynamically triggered ad units that don't interrupt visitors.2) Audience Development: we drive strategies for optimizing email signups and registrations.3) Consumer Marketing: we maximize conversions for paid subscriptions, events, and anything else that asks people to take out their wallets.

My primary efforts included the following:• Established and managed relationships with the 25 lenders that are in Fundera's network• Created referral partnerships with companies that have large bases of small business owners• Created content partnerships with relevant publishers and SMB vendors• Designed and oversaw the development of an accountant portal that accountants use to easily find their clients working capital; also formed relationships with key players in the CPA industry

Earndit is the first exercise rewards program that uses data exclusively from fitness devices and apps. Earndit members earn points by exercising with a synced device or app, and then redeem points for rewards from premium brands. Members also collect digital trophies and compete in challenges. I ran this company on nights & weekends while working full-time at Outbrain. The company was acquired by Higi in November 2013.

Closed large digital distribution deals with publishers such as Hearst, Reuters, NY Post, Cox, The Atlantic and dozens others. These deals represented a significant expansion of Outbrain's network when they were implemented. Exceeded ambitious sales targets every quarter except for one, and contributed over $13 million in revenue in that time.

Created partnerships with online media companies to help them increase reader engagement and pageviews. I also helped guide our product development. Company was acquired by Outbrain in February 2011.
