With a reporting line to the CEO of BK Medical and close collaboration with owners, I am responsible and accountable for 93 FtE’s and the following deliveries: • Production departments (Scanners, Electronically & Mechanical Probes)• Sourcing• Production Engineering• Planning/Customer Service• After Sales Service• Responsible for the flow of goods from supplier to customer• Ensure stable delivery performance towards customers• Delivery of quality products • Minimize inventory levels – ensuring high inventory turnover• Reduce COGS via Low Cost Sourcing and productivity improvements.• Improve quality of products significantly, by driving design changes via R&D and process improvements in production areas.The owners of BK Medical, the American Analogic Corporation, launched a global redesign of the production set-up in August 2010. I was trusted the responsibility of transferring assembly of:• Scanner Engine to Boston (USA)• Scanner Carts to Shanghai (China)• Electrical transducers to State College (USA)• Mechanical transducers to Denver (USA)• Set-up of Supply chain with distribution centres in Boston and Herlev• Build up a Regional Service Centre set-up for Europe & RoW.The transfer was fully implemented by January 2012

Being promoted from Director for Repairs to VP Operations in December 2005, I reported to the CEO of SAS Component, and my responsibilities included: • Warehouse and Logistics and 200-525 FtE’s• Accountable for the 8 workshops located in:Copenhagen (Avionics, Wheels, Cabin/Emergency, Calibration)Stockholm (Hydraulics, Structur/Composit)Oslo (Landinggear)Stavanger (Avionics/Hydraulics/Wheels) – closed down end 2006. Purchasing of spare parts, Planning & Customer Support in the above countries of 70 FtE’s.

Was hired as Supply Chain Manager with 40 FtE’s and responsibilities for flow of components between production units, the warehouses and planning and sourcing, picking, packing and shipping. I was promoted to Director in 2001 with the following responsibilities: • Responsible for supply chain (including production and logistics) for the Electromechanical Components• Responsible for production unit in Roskilde and assembly unit in Poland• Daily and overall operation of planning, sourcing and production site in Roskilde, Denmark with 80 FtE’s handling sub parts and pilot production• Daily and overall operation of the production in Poland with 250 FtE.

Reporting to the Managing Director of IPD (International Pharmaceutical Division), my responsibilities included: • Production planning• Warehouses (internally and 3rd party warehouses)• Supply Service• Shipping department in Denmark & Norway• Purchasing• In total 30 EmployeesLived in Norway (Oslo) with my family for 2 years (1998 – 1999)
