Team Leader - Accounts Payable Latin America 12 FTEs Team.Ensure team’s management including coaching, training, motivation and performance appraisal guidance;Supervise the daily operations by adhering to the agreed SLAs towards the business partners;Ensure good relationships with business partners and the global functional Team on a proactive basis;Develop and report relevant KPI’s for area of responsibility;Ensure that KPI’s are maintained, achieved and reported in a correct and timely manner;Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work;Problem analyses and proposal or assessment of solutions, and respective implementation.

Main tasks:- Intercompany Reconciliation; - In-house banking AP Reconciliation; - Period end reporting; - Balance sheet reconciliation (Cadency R2R tool) - Invoice processing LAM; Member of Accounts Payable Latin America Team.

Accounts Payable Latin America TeamMain tasks: - Invoice processing.- Payments.- Fixed Assets.- Vendor master data.- Intercompany reconciliation.- Month end closing reconciliation and reporting.

Accounts Payable LAM team: - Invoice processing- General AP Workflow invoice processing.- Intercompany Invoice processing.- Special invoices treatment.- EDI Invoices (Batch Input) Other Tasks- Period end processing and reporting.- Regular FSS Audit controls. - Daily and Individual KPI's.- Answer our business partners queries.Member of AP Transition Team between Adidas Brazil and FSS Porto.

After an internship, I was invited to work as Key Account Manager at the Community Exports division. My responsibilities are centered in client management assurance of the orders handling, logistics and follow-up the acquisition process by providing suitable pricing policies to the customer.
