- Adjusted all the current processes with the new Investors Strategic Vision.- Mantained strict compliance with the regulation during the shareholder transition, handling the communications with the Superintendency of Corporations.- Responsible of representing Polen in the technical tables that are being held within the SAPAC sector in Colombia.

- Created and led the implementation of all the operational and financial processes required for the full operation of the company, including a 100% digital system created to sell self-financing plans in B2C (Self-service) and B2B2C (Assisted) channels.- Achieved the authorization to operate as a SAPAC (Sociedad Administradora de Planes de Autofinanciamiento Comercial) from the Superintendency of Corporations, successfully answering all requirements made by the governmental entity. We are the first company to achieve this authorization in the last 13 years in Colombia.- Successfully led and closed negotiations with financial allies (banks and fiduciary), service providers (personnel selection and hiring, BPO) and technology providers (CRM, DMS, CCaaS).- Developed a high-performance sales team to prove the product/market fit of Polen, achieving sales productivities per salesperson over 150% above direct competitors.

- Developed a high-performance team of over 100 people, through 5 areas which included national customer service, operations, credit analysis and portfolio management, exceeding expected results in SLA’s and portfolio quality (over 93% of Type A portfolio).- Successfully sponsored and led operational excellence projects, trough process automation and the implementation of a continuous improvement culture, achieving a 40% cost reduction in the overall assigned budget.- Designed and led the implementation of projection and control models for the main KPI’s and OKR’s of the areas in charge, generating dashboards that allowed for tactical and strategical decisions to be made on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, as required.- Designed and implemented financial models which accurately forecasted expected income from customers and allies, group funds management and number of delivered cars to customers, used to create the company’s overall annual budget.- Thanks to my financial knowledge I was part of the team responsible for the implementation of the IFRS in the company, designing and proposing accounting policies to the Board, including policies associated with IFRS 9, which allowed for the opening balance sheet to be elaborated within the allowed terms.
