It is a data-oriented, objective and independent company, with special focus in quality and comprehensive contents for any player interested in cars for the Spanish market.Role: * Leading the digital transformation of the company. Role: * Creation of the IT department from scratch, defining the technological strategy, putting in place the needed RFQ/RFP processes for building the new platforms and applications, defining the department structure end-to-end (software development, system administration, platforms, operations, support …), hiring the new team, third-party services, etc.* 2008: Released in 10 months a fully featured new portal www.rtve.es, heavily based on video and audio contents, with catch-up services and live streaming for 5 TV channels and 6 radio stations, as well as news sections, blogs, etc.* 2009: Delivered a new portal for Beijing Olympics.
