To develop and execute Suramericana´s Trends and Risk Management Model, creating and implementing multiple strategies to make a deep analysis of the enterprise´s environmental signals, insights and trends that could potentially modify and influence any given company strategy. This strategies included, but were not limited to, top management workshops, research and publication of Suramericana´s own trends and insights documents, internal capacitacion workshops and consultancy work with both front and backend areas within clients all across the nine countries Suramericana has presence in.Research and analysis of variables related to multiple economic sectors trends, risks and opportunities to develop hypothesis and future possible scenarios that could impact the strategy.

One on one risks and trends consulting for top clients in Antioquia region and Colombia, requiring constant relation with CEO and general managing levels to design and coordinate risk management strategies and services provided by Sura.In this role I was also part of the internal multidisciplinary teams developing and implementing Sura´s Trends and Risks Management Model, even before the company's expansion throughout Latin America, requiring research and analysis of first and second hand reports, polls, scientific papers, among others, to develop methods, workshops, reports and feed the top level management decision process.

To determine and supervise the specific risks management tasks and services provided by Sura to corporate level clients in Colombia, coordinating internal and third parties resources available for the job.As a supervisor I was also part of the teams creating and proposing new services and products regarding risks and trends consulting.

To negotiate and execute risks management services within client´s facilities located in Colombia and abroad (United States mostly). In situ analysis of operational risks, mitigation measures to provide assessment and consulting to client´s risks teams and reinsurers for their underwriting processes.

To determine and execute occupational risks prevention assessments and evaluation within client´s facilities, including loss control and potential hazards inspections, environmental hazard measurements and performing educational workshops, reports and management proposals.

To analyse and determine proper insurance proposals for corporate clients in Colombia, study risk reports and evaluations to negotiate with reinsurers.
