- Researched, created an online database and inputted 348 journal articles of research from the Option B book to provide an audit of research to use for future resources- Co-authored education piece for LGBTQ youth on family acceptance published on OptionB.Org- Monitored the 6 Option B Facebook support groups with over 30,000 total members by finding ~3 pieces of content to post ~4 days a week to increase engagement - Tracked over 100 influencer and partner social media posts for two campaigns: #OptionBThere for Father’s Day and #38PercentCounts for Black Women’s Equal Pay Day- Identified 14 influencers on social media as potential partners for OptionB.Org in order to increase their relevance to Generation Z audience- Researched LGBTQ women and designed Instagram posts published on LeanIn’s Instagram account
