Product Owner
CurrentAs a Product Owner, my main objective is to maximize the value of the deliveries made by the development team to the customer/user. I work closely with the team to ensure that our solutions meet the expectations and needs of the users. I strongly emphasize maintaining a people and results-oriented approach, as I understand the importance of creating products that truly satisfy their requirements.Currently, I manage multiple products simultaneously, all focused on key areas such as cybersecurity, secure payment systems, and digital identification. I constantly work oriented towards value, seeking opportunities to improve and optimize these products, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness in an ever-changing environment.In addition, I maintain constant communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their needs and expectations. This allows me to make informed decisions and prioritize features and functionalities that bring the maximum value to our users.As a Product Owner, I handle agile frameworks, especially Scrum, and I use Product Management methodologies for experimentation and the development of new products. This enables us to innovate and quickly adapt to market changes.
