CurrentWith over 27 years of experience, Andres Roldan has expertly led and collaborated with teams to deliver complex transportation projects throughout Southern California. His extensive background in engineering and construction management includes pivotal roles as Consultant Contract Manager (CCM) with the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Districts 7 & 8, the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering/Bridge Improvement Program, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works, the City of Bakersfield, and the Alameda Corridor East Construction Authority (ACE), among other municipal clients.Currently, Mr. Roldan heads the RVI CM Inc. Construction Management practice in Southern California. His project success and client relationships are driven by his strategic management and alignment of staff resources with project needs.
