Parque Explora no es solo un museo, es un referente en América Latina en la oferta de experiencias innovadoras en ciencia, tecnología y biodiversidad.Mi enfoque y objetivos se alinean con el desarrollo estratégico de proyectos en museos, cultura científica y de aprendizaje de diversos tamaños, combinando contenido educativo complejo con entornos físicos atractivos y sostenibles. Junto a un equipo interdisciplinario, hemos contribuido al diseño y la implementación de centros de ciencia interactivos galardonados, planetarios, acuarios y exposiciones, siempre con la visión de inspirar y transformar nuestra sociedad a través del aprendizaje participativo.

Collaboration for Museum of Cultura Sinu Santa, Museo del Oro. Design of the Parque Espiritu del Manglar Library and science center. Conceptualization, design and rebuilding for the new Planetario de Medellín (Medellín Planetarium) museum and Dome Theater. Strategic plan, design and rebuilding of the Planetarium of Bogotá and Space Museum.

From the idea to the project, Andrés Roldán leaded the core team of designers, scientists, communicators, engeneers, technicians, architects, technical designers for the building of the new science center of the city of Medellín in alliance with Proantioquia. The challenge was to conceive, design, create and built the main science center of Colombia in a period of 3 years. This includes the design and building of 322.000sqft facility with all the permanent exhibitions and exhibits. The Life Connection, Colombia Geodiverse, Digital Territory, Physics of Life, Parque Explora ́s Aquarium where the first halls of exhibitions. The science Center opened on december of 2007 with more than 300 exhibits on Life Sciences, Earth Sciences, Physics and Technology.
