I am the co-founder of Kiltro, a platform dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs in the field of social and environmental innovation, helping them boost their sales and amplify their impact.I have worked with entrepreneurship from 10 countries across Ibero-America in various areas such as energy poverty, water reuse, labor inclusion for people with disabilities, industrial plastics recircularity, sustainable agriculture, empowerment of rural communities, sign language, inclusive retirement, and more.Additionally, I am a certified consultant and ambassador for OpenExo. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Project Creation, NGO Management, and Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Barcelona. My specialized studies include Biomimicry, exponential organizations and technologies, digital transformation, innovation, and entrepreneurship.With over 7 years of experience in multinational retail companies, I have held roles in sales, customer experience, and commercial planning. I possess strong leadership skills, having managed teams of over 50 people.
