  I am responsible for ensuring the quality of risk event processing. I work with a customer-focused approach to identify and resolve issues, aiming to reduce risk within acceptable levels. I establish and maintain important relationships with various teams within the company, such as CX/TCF Functional teams, Risk & Compliance, Product, Technical, and Finance/Fraud. This allows me to actively manage and monitor controls, risk, compliance requirements, and necessary actions.I am also responsible for conducting thorough quality assurance reviews of various risk events associated with products sold or managed by Liverpool Victoria. My main goal is to ensure that any necessary remediation work is carried out completely and effectively, in order to prevent the recurrence of issues and permanently reduce exposure.
