𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:• Creation of a Lacoste New Year collection exclusively for the Brazilian market, with the objective of sustaining sales for Christmas 2020. The project was approved by the French team, implemented in record time, and generated sales results higher than Dec/2019 , with 96% turnover of the exclusive collection inventory; • Creation and development of the basic sports line, focused on national production, to meet product demand and entry price in Brazil, with consequent growth of 37% in the category; • Development of a collection of locally produced shoes to make the category viable in the Brazilian market, balancing product mix and prices. The share of the line within the brand had a great jump of +18 pts; • Coordination of collection workshops and product training for franchisees, wholesale agents, marketplaces, as well as internal customers from own and digital channels. Presentations in English, Portuguese and Spanish; • Structuring the Product department when moving from a joint venture to a subsidiary, in order to align processes, reports, KPIs, and job descriptions to the French Lacoste format.
