I am currently based in Germany and doing an apprenticeship with grandcentrix in Software Development. At grandcentrix I have been contributing and learning to develop RESTful applications in Kotlin using Ktor and Spring Boot, as well as unit and integration testing, API documentation with Swagger and Open API, besides refreshing some computer network topics. My apprenticeship year, even though focused on backend, also provided me the opportunity to work on frontend tasks using Vue.js, TypeScript, Freemarker and htmx library.In Brazil, I completed a two-year internship at Itaú Unibanco, one of the largest banks in Latin America. In Cash Management department, I gained hands-on experience in application development, utilising Java and Spring Boot for a direct debit application. In my first year at Itaú, I was part of the Analytics team, where I assisted with data analysis and contributed to the analysis of billing policies for legal entities. The main tools I utilised in Analytics were SAS, Excel and Hadoop.Additionally, I have built WordPress websites as a freelancer and have a strong interest in photography and design.
