Process Specialist assigned to the Lean in Emergencies project of the Ministry of Health, aimed at reducing overcrowding in emergency services in public hospitals in Brazil (Using tools such as SIPOC, Spaghetti Diagram, Ishikawa, VSM, Kanban, 5W2H, Prioritization Matrix).• Optimization of flows and processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency of SUS (Unified Health System) hospitals and philanthropic hospitals throughout Brazil in partnership with the Ministry of Health using Lean methodology.• Apply quality tools and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), and root cause analysis to drive process improvement.• Conduct Demand and Capacity Diagnostics.• Evaluate Stakeholder matrix to ensure engagement.• Assess and mitigate potential risks.• Monitor hospital metrics and perpetuate a data-driven culture.• Preparation of Accountability Report and Risk Matrix.(Average reduction of 40% in overcrowding indicators and patient passage time without hospitalization and average reduction of 45% in passage time with hospitalization).
