Attendance to customers from the segments: cleaners, adhesives and printing inks; giving support in the solution of technical problems. Also responsible for the revision of the technical data sheet of the solvents. Constant contact between product development and sales to find solutions to increase the company's market share. Participation in projects of development of new products giving support in application.Achievements:-Internal validation in collaboration with the development department of the formulation of floor stripper and subsequent presentation to the customers, improving the market share in homecare segment.- Optimization of the time management tool of the area focusing on activities that bring value to the company.

Responsible for waterborne adhesives development for different application: tobacco, tissue&towel, construction (wood), paper converting and labeling industries. Review of the raw materials used in adhesives and their performance in stability tests. Preparation of MSDS, Technical Data Sheet of the developed adhesives and support to the production, including research for manufacturing process improvements. Also, responsible for the adaptation of formulas from other regions and cost of gods projects.Internal auditor (OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 and 5S)Achievements:- Project of cost of gods for a line of adhesive suitable for tobacco applications, resulting in a 10% of reduction, considering only the formulation of those adhesives.- Development of a more competitive adhesive for high speed machines suitable for tobacco industry. - Development of a repulpable adhesive for tissue&towel industry.- Development of a corewinding adhesive for high speed machines.- Project of complexity reduction of raw materials, reducing the number of anti-foams used from 15 to 9, achieving 7% of cost reduction and increasing the negotiation power of the purchasing department in the acquisition of theses raw materials- Study and implementation of improvements in manufacturing process of adhesives for construction and tobacco industry, reducing the number of nonconformities.

Responsible for coordinating all the tests implied in the solution of customers’ problems and new applications, involved in research activities for developing and testing new products , attendance to Brazilian and all South America customers.

Responsible for sample analysis and reports of the results. Made use of analytical techniques: optical microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, chromatography, thermal analysis (TGA, DSC and DMA)
