I am an entrepreneur. Making projects and dreams come true is what motivates me the most. I strive to be a leader and motivator. I have extensive experience creating business teams and structures to achieve ambitious goals. I learn fast and enjoy what I do.I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, from German parents. After obtaining my bachelor's degree, I started a one-year training program with the large German tour operator TUI GMBH in Hannover (Germany) and Mallorca (Spain) which helped me to get an excellent overview of large-scale tourism. In 1994, I moved to Margarita Island as a Partner in a family tourism business, with its main office in Caracas. After a few years, this branch became the group's headquarters. Our company ranked among the 10 largest receptive tour operators in Venezuela, specialized in receptive services, incentive trips and excursions for cruises.In 2009, I became a partner in CTG Margarita CA, finally buying 100% of the company. Here I specialized in excursions for cruises and receptive services. I also owned and operated a car rental company with up to 35 cars, a Piña Colada concentrate factory, and a carpentry shop. In the same year, I founded Anda Caribe, a hotel management company that grew to operate 5 hotels with more than 500 rooms. Most were all-inclusive beachfront properties. Then came the Chávez phenomenon in Venezuela that eventually led all these companies to cease operations.In 2016 I moved to Cartagena, Colombia, where I created with Colombian partners a new concept of sunset and dinning tours on the Cartagena Bay www.sibarita.com.co. I also own and manage a cruise excursions company, with contracts with almost all major lines visiting Colombia. By the end of 2020 Moved to Miami where I currently reside.
