Current● Ensure proper installation of Viziya CMMS software onto tablets enabling business unit to achieve greater productivity● Identified key issue with tablet project implementation and shared resolution with project team including IT Functional Analyst and EAM team● Manage tablet rollout schedule and timelines continuously updating the IT Functional Analyst and EAM team● In conjunction with EAM team, I manage enterprise assets using a Microsoft Excel sheet that keeps record of tablet asset tag, serial number, and hostname● Prepare around fifty laptops/desktops weekly with a custom image using PXE boot or Macrium for equipment refresh and new hires● Install applications onto end users workstations using PDQ Deploy● Utilize PDQ Inventory to collect end user’s workstation hardware and software data to determineif any applications and firmware require to be installed or updated● Remotely access any end user’s workstation across the organization to diagnose application issues and to apply fixes using TeamViewer● Troubleshooting and documenting incoming issues while escalating to appropriate support teams through ChangeGear ticketing system● Maintain the highest level of customer service when interacting with end users on the Helpdesksupport line● Work directly with senior support team to execute projects based on priorities, goals and objectives while ensuring that proper protocol is maintained
