Factory 45 was a year long pop-up lifestyle venue tributing its interior to the 70’s. It offered a cocktail bar with a unique drinking experience, art gallery, a photo shoot area, music, wellbeing studio and work place.In the era of social media boom FACTORY 45 brought people together and united, aspirational,creative and young self-starter entrepreneurs late into their 20’s to share passion for Art, Music, Fitness and Fashion.I set-up and managed on a day-to-day basis this quirky Wellbeing studio with the Initiative Group Team. I designed and implemented Health & Wellbeing Programme for members and employees of the entire Mercato Metropolitano Market (1000+). These included Interactive Wellbeing Workshop, Wellness Focus Days and 1-2-1 Wellbeing coach for each member. I managed the initial set up of the event and programme, as well as the integration and daily running of various Online booking systems.
