As Head of HR Analytics at OXXO, I've had the privilege of leading innovative initiatives that blend data analysis with strategic HR solutions. Over the past three years, I’ve driven the integration of descriptive and predictive tools that have optimized HR processes, resulting in enhanced efficiency and cost savings across recruitment, training, and personnel administration. Acting as Translator between HR and IT, I’ve played a crucial role in advising on KPIs, ensuring robust data governance, and empowering our team to make data-driven decisions aligned with the company’s broader goals.As someone diagnosed with AuDHD (Autism + ADHD), my neurodivergent perspective has been a key driver in my professional success. My unique cognitive approach enables me to think critically, solve problems creatively, and spot patterns in complex data that might otherwise be overlooked. This mindset also led me to co-create InquietaMente, a way of exploring neurodiversity and its powerful role in creativity and innovation while sharing my knowledge and experience.
