At Leadsales, I was the first hire for the Customer Success team, which has since grown to seven members. In this role, I played a pivotal role in establishing the department, from mapping out the customer journey to managing a client portfolio of over 1400 accounts. I developed expertise in devising strategies, generating reports, and delivering data-driven presentations to showcase the success of both the department and the company. I adeptly utilized metrics such as Churn Rate, Adoption Rate, Success Plans, and other software adoption metrics to drive results.

After implementation team's handoff I received more than 25 clients weekly to set up goals, milestones and giving them support. I got to work with clients like VivaAerobus; human resources associations as ERIAC, AERI, ADERIAC, tech companies as ClickIT, and others in different industries like metallurgic, hospitality and services.I came up with creating alongside each client their own customer success definition, transforming that definition into objetives; setting up metrics for each objective and adding it all up into weekly activities which ensured the client's success.
