Andre is a Presales manager at Ensign InfoSecurity who believes in lifelong learning, upskilling and continuous improvement. Bringing data analytics capabilities into his role as a Presales manager, he has successfully bridged the gap in terms of dashboarding and reporting of numbers to the management. His data analytics work has helped one of Singapore's largest Foundries to optimize and improve their periodic maintenance success rates by more than 50%. This improvement translated into multi-fold savings in terms of manpower, logistics and parts cleaning. This also boosted the motivation of the technicians, who have been jaded by the "double or triple jobs" to certify the machine as serviceable. Ultimately, the machine availability increased by 5%, allowing the company to be more productive and generate more revenue in the same amount of time. Prior to joining Lam Research, Andre was a Managing Partner in RAVES Trading International Pte Ltd where he honed his entrepreneurial skills building the startup.Andre also has financial sales experience, where he helped clients (both warm & cold) to secure funding for their businesses. Audited P&L financials as part of KYC and AML process. He is also a meticulous, detailed team player who can also work well as an individual.
