I leverage my communication and sales skills to identify their needs, provide solutions, and build long-term relationships.Before joining Enterprise Minnesota, I owned and ran my own business for over six years, where I developed a passion for sales and customer service. I learned how to manage multiple aspects of a business, from marketing and accounting to operations and human resources. I also implemented customer service management strategies that increased customer satisfaction and retention. Through my experience as a business owner, I gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities that manufacturers face in today's competitive market.
