During my progressive career I have had the pleasure of serving in many key positions at various global companies with incredible people from several cultures. I am very safety conscious, people oriented and very strong on values. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I always focus on the good in people and always try to bring out the best in people. Relationships between Company and Client are very important to me and they are a top priority for me in all my assignments. I was introduced to Six Sigma Lean. By seeing the significant positive impacts upon balance sheets,income statements, and the process improvement of our operation on the offshore FPSO, the new standard for operation excellence was set.I am trained and certified in the Six Sigma Lean Black Belt™ and Change Management certification. This and other tools and methodologies have enabled me to to teach and lead multiple successful and rewarding projects. Over the years I have been able to witness with great satisfaction empowered team members on my projects. It is amazing what you can accomplish when you step back and let people involved in the process resolve their own problems and improve the systems that they operate by.It is now my desire to share the things I have learned over the years with those around me and to celebrate their successes.
