I have over 25 years of experience in data strategies, consulting, and program management, with a focus on analytics, data science, and business intelligence.I am passionate about empowering my team and the organization to leverage data as a strategic asset and a competitive advantage. I also enjoy collaborating with internal and external partners to create innovative and impactful data products and services. In addition to innovating how data is used in our agency with CAAintell, one of the projects I am most proud of is the diversity study that we conducted in 2018, which won the Digital Edge Award and helped promote diversity and inclusion in the movie industry.
