Operations Manager
As Operations Manager at Medsimlab I led operational processes and I have specialized in multidisciplinary and integrated projects for implementation of taylor-made Medical Simulation Centres, from needs assessment, going through the floorplans, to the installation, training and technical assistance. Equipment installation, routine preventive maintenance and training to end-users and customers. Identify and create new business opportunities. - Project management: Coordination of specialized technical and scientific consulting services in Medical Simulation; R&D project management (Preparing for PMP certification exam).
