Safety and Health Corporate Coordinator (HSE/QHSE)Enforcement coordination of the safety and health program (GHSS - Gestamp Health & Safety System) to 6.500 employees, adjusting the development of methods, procedures and safety policy; leading a group of 28 professionals. Monitoring of 7 facilities and processes (Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, HR and Purchase areas) to the compliance of the SMS(enforcement of analysis and work measure) management guidelines; efficacy assessment of the safety policy, proposing modifications whenever necessary. Report to the Operations Director and staff leadership with 7 employees.Main Results:We coordinated the facilities of Brazil in the GHSS (Gestamp Health & Safety System) growth, with an significant score progress in both Working conditions (of 18%) and Health and Safety Management (of 38%) and in three years, the branches in Brazil became benchmark to the other regions.We coordinated the compliance of the industrial plants to the multi-site certification of ISO 45.001:2018 –Health and Occupational Safety Management System; in one year we reduced 16% the Frequency Rate (4,50 to 3,80) an in 54% the Severity rate (0,063 to 0,034).

Supervision of all the building process, from vegetal suppression and earth-moving to building of special work of arts and asphalt paving.Report to HSE manager and staff leadership with 5 employees.Main Results:I led the creation and revision of the Reference Manual of Health and Safety management to DERSA, bringing applicable legal aspects and good practices together, in partnership with the social communication team.

Labor Safety EngineerManagement of SESMT (Specialized Service of Safety and Labor Health) in building 33,9 Km of DERSA work – “Contorno da Nova Tamoios”. Coordinating of socio-environment works, surveys and actions related to the impacts on the bordering population. Acting in the entire building process, from vegetal suppression and earth-moving to building of special work of arts and asphalt paving. Planning and organization of the Annual Training plan for team building.Report to Health and Safety manager and staff leadership with 6 employees. Main Results:In partnership with the social communication team, we ensured the Health and Safety aspects in the expropriations, evictions and demolitions of residences that were in the environment domain.

Coordination of drill-ships projects to the companies SETEBRASIL and PETROBRAS, acting in the entire building process from sheet cutting to the performance test phases and sea trial.Supervision of the HSE management in the building and industrial assembly of Rio Grande 2 shipyard, workshop, painting booth and cranes.Report to Safety director and staff leadership with 28 employees.Main Results: We coordinated in the ERG – Rio Grande Shipyard – the HSE management of the “Goliath” from the company Konecrane, the biggest gantry in the world, which had a gap of 210m, height of 117m and capacity to move up to 2 thousand tons.

UTGCA(Gas Treatment Unit of Caraguatatuba/PETROBRAS) building, from excavation in the civil construction phase, stacking to the final phases of industrial assembly, of pre-operation and assisted operation.Management of environmental projects designed and implemented to the community.Report to contract director and staff leadership with 22 employees.Main Results:We obtained recognition from PETROBRAS for the accomplishment of 12 million man hours worked to the exposure of risk without lost-time incident (with a group of 5000 employees).
