The Alliance Manager responsibilities include:• Management, co-ordination and leadership of the Alliance Bid Team; • Management, coordination and delivery of the Project Definition Project Proposal and the Detailed Design, including the integration of the Design, Construction and Estimating Teams;• Effective interface management of all major key stakeholders, including verification and approvals, commissioning and handover of an operational railway;• Management and delivery of all statutory environmental, planning and project approvals;• Establishment, management and leadership of effective high performance design and construction teams to ensure that the project is delivered exceeding the Client’s, Key Stakeholders and the Project’s KRA and KPI objectives and goals.• Mentoring, training, management and evaluation of staff performance;• Effective, comprehensive and timely reporting on Project performance, including risk evaluation and mitigation strategies.

The Engineering Manager – Project Delivery responsibilities include:• Project Verification, Inspection, Validation and Certification;• Management and Coordination of Design / Construction interface;• Design Review – with an optimised Construction Methodology and Traffic Management focus;• Cost Planning ensuring design betters the target budget;• Overall responsibility for planning of the overall construction program and design interface activities;• Management and coordination of Project Approvals, and Dilapidation Reporting;• Ensuring construction targets and milestones are achieved ahead of target;• Ensuring construction processes are carried out in a manner that satisfies statutory and project safety, environmental and quality plan requirements;• Reviewing and approval of all construction procedures, inspection and test plans and project management plans;• Monitoring project program and review construction techniques.

The General Manager – Operations responsibilities include: • Overseeing the construction of all Australian mining and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring the financial performance (profit and cashflow) of all projects is maximised.• Form effective project teams by recruiting, leading, motivating and training including setting and monitoring their performance through position descriptions, KPIs, targets and objectives, skills gap assessments, both individually and project based.• Maximise efficiency and effectiveness through effective communication, goal setting and interactive leadership and management.• Participate in tender and proposal reviews including feedback on constructability and resourcing issues. • Provide direction and input to Plant Management functions, including maximising plant utilisation.• Ensure project teams comply with all company policies, procedures, practices and protocols, and where necessary amend or write new procedures and policies.• Work as part of the executive management team to develop and prepare strategic, business and operational plans to meet the company’s agreed growth, profit and business objectives.
