As a project engineer at Spantec, I apply my structural design expertise and finite element analysis skill to various internal projects that enhance the company's capabilities and reach in the market. I collaborate with different departments to deliver value and achieve performance goals, while also providing engineering and design advice for the company.Before joining Spantec, I completed my Master of Research in Structural Engineering at the University of Wollongong, where I also worked as a tutor for several engineering subjects. I was also the structural design team leader for Team UOW Australia, which participated in the Solar Decathlon Middle East 2018 competition with our house, Desert Rose. We came second overall, thanks to our innovative and sustainable design. Through this project, I learned a lot about managing a team, working under pressure, and solving complex engineering problems.
