As a communication student at Denison University, I am passionate about learning and applying the theories and practices of media, culture, and society. I have completed a semester at Arcadia University, where I gained exposure to global and intercultural perspectives on communication. I have also developed skills in RStudio and Excel, which I use to analyze and visualize data for my coursework and projects. I have three summers of work experience as a food server at Stars On Hingham Harbor, where I honed my time management, customer service, and teamwork skills. Additionally, I have worked as a camp counselor at Camp Thayer, where I mentored and supervised boys between the ages of 9 and 13, and facilitated various activities and games. Through these experiences, I have demonstrated my core competencies of communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. I aspire to pursue a career in the communication field that aligns with my mission of informing, inspiring, and empowering diverse audiences.
