Led the implementation of the $73M OnePurdue (SAP Based) implementation from Project Preparation through Go-Live. Project scope included the following SAP modules: ECC 6.0 (FI/CO & HCM) plus NetWeaver 2004s SRM, BI, PI and EP in 2 releases. Direct over 100 full-time subject matter experts plus consultants in the largest implementation of SAP at a University at the time.

Led global program team responsible for implementing SAP R/3 4.7, BW and variety of other bolt-on packages collectively known as the ‘Unity System’ across all Divisions of Cooper Industries. Responsible for program budgeting, implementation partnerships, resource planning & procurement, timelines and implementation of Phase I (2 Business Units) & kickoff of Phase II (5 additional business units).

After leading the SAP 4.0b 'Big Bang' implementation project of 5 business units and 39 plants in a 9 month implementation in '98-'99, spent the next 4 years leading the continuous improvement and post-implementation support of the SAP System and all other associated IT technologies.Prior to involvement with SAP, was responsible for responsible for developing, staffing, and training a team of Automation & DataComm Specialists to work with customers (pre & post sales) to solve application issues & manage customer implementation projects. Also responsible for vendor relationships, products, pricing and inventory mix / levels for Automation & DataComm products.
