Lead a global portfolio of programs that support Google's corporate and acquisition environments, infrastructure, and devices. Our focus is specifically on hardware that live in campus server rooms and data centers, though we occasionally assist customers with personal lab spaces and offices. As lead program manager, my high level duties include; tracking and managing fleet hardware, headcount and resource planning, onboard and support customers, capacity planning, and consulting on both technical and non-technical design work. Impact of $XXM Capex and Opex spend per year and physical fleet of 50k+ devices.

Ran and supported Google's global corporate data center infrastructure which included; install, configure, test, troubleshoot and maintain hardware (like servers and its components) and server software (like Google's Linux cluster). Managed configuration of more complex components such as networks, routers, hubs, bridges, switches and networking protocols. Led project teams on installations and developed project contingency plans.
