Project Manager - Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Datamart system; an online data warehouse which combines data from multiple bank systems for client and product profitability reporting. Accountable for developing and implementing standard reporting practices. Project resulting in dramatic increase in productivity by reducing the time spent on canceled projects 95%, equating to over 20% of total development time. Responsible for the development of a Microsoft Access database that allows for capacity planning, resource assignment, and metrics as well as designing and implementing standard reporting for over 300 projects.
