One of the highlights of my career is a national contract with Verifone Australia where I have been acting as a Master Technician servicing multiple territories throughout Australia, this has started with a single location and technician which has grown into up to 25 location and technicians in just two years time. Verifone has recognized that we were able to provide services at literally any location they had a need at being large or small. We were responsible for servicing the majority of Sydney which involved hundreds of jobs on a daily basis with tight SLA.Our latest achievement is our Remote Staffing Solutions based in the European Union Hungary and the Philippines.
