PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT – ACTING GENRAL Responsible for managing and controlling the day to day operations of multiple projects, in and out of state, from initial planning to the completion, working in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure quality and satisfaction of job deadlines and completion. Including, but not limited to:•Evaluate new jobs and silicate bids from local subcontractors and tradesmen and submit for final approval. •Work closely with Project managers deadline of completion to develop a time line of sequence completion to ensure the most efficiency and productivity form all trades and subs.•In charge of determining the budget needs for the following week and submitting them for review so they may be deposited into a spending account so I can allot money accordingly to keep job running smoothly, maintaining a strict spending log with receipts•Handel building inspections, permitting and utility issues as well as over-see and even help with the daily construction activities at a work site.•Responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials. •Work with the contractors to complete the project within the given budget and time frame.•Resolve any contract disputes and arrange any necessary change orders. •Lead and direct the work of others in and out of the state.•Perform a variety of tasks related to the overall construction of a given project including progress reports, and weekly updates.

WORKING PROJECT SUPERINTENDENTRosewood was contracted by Happy’s Pissa Development to be the General Contractor for their West Michigan construction projects. My responsibilities were for the overall progress of the project from demo to the scheduling of workers and delivery of equipment and materials. Overseen the daily construction activities at the work site as well as led and directed the work of others and maintained safety standards. Worked with the Contractor to complete the projects within a given budget and time frame including submitting progress reports and documentation to all necessary parties. Acted as liaison for contract disputes and arranged any necessary change orders, while preforming a variety of tasks related to the overall construction of a given project

GENERAL TRADES DIVISION – LEAD CARPENTERResponsibilities included rough carpentry including framing walls, bulkheads, blocking, stringer layout, involving wood and metal construction. Finish carpentry including wood base, jambs, casing, hinge pockets, wood door instillations, etc. All door hardware instillations, miscellaneous hardware installations, steel door instillations.
