After a long and, by all outward appearances, successful career, I found myself resorting to increasingly unhealthy measures to combat stress, lack of purpose and conflict with my values. Over eating, alcohol dependency and self medicating whilst wishing away my most valuable commodity, time. Then, in a moment of clarity (or perhaps sheer desperation), I decided to start volunteering as a Samaritan. Since that turning point, I haven’t looked back, choosing instead to embrace a more purposeful life filled with genuine service and fewer questionable coping mechanisms.Now living a life that feels right, my genuine passion is to help others find their purpose. With a knack for storytelling and a unique blend of humour and insight, I engage audiences with my journey from the edge of burnout to a place of balance and fulfilment. I know first-hand that it's never too late to make a change – even if that change starts with simply answering the phone and lending an empathetic ear.I am a member of the Association for Coaching, have a BSc in Management Science from Loughborough University and an MBA in the Circular Economy from Bradford University.
