Growing up, I was always excited about learning and developing People based on the “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it enough” quote by Albert Einstein. I always want others to succeed in their own lives, Careers, and Business. When graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, I decided to study Business which will help me in understanding the Business Acumen of my role at Sanofi as a Product Specialist. Through my Journey in Business studies, my Passion for Training and Learning People shines again and my Colleagues in MBA pushed me to that Passion. So after finishing my Master of Business Administration from ESLSCA, I was following my lifetime Passion for Training and Teaching starting from Teaching Marketing and Digital Marketing Courses to 5 students with this small group of audience I reached to + 1800 training hours and trained about 2000 students with different ages, cultures, and backgrounds.Throughout my 6 years of journey in Training and Development, I designed my own Talks and courses curriculum and Material in Field of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Soft skills.I delivered Training sessions and Talks at different academies and Universities like CIC and New Cairo Academy for Business.With rising demand for Entrepreneurship and a lot of youth moving to building their own Business and startups. I added a new piece of the puzzle of Learning and Development passion which is Mentorship, Consultation, and Coaching of Entrepreneurs, helping them in Marketing their Businesses using different promotional Channels and building their Leadership with their Teams.I delivered a lot of Training sessions and Coaching sessions in a lot of Projects funded by the UN, EU, and GIZ and to audiences from different sectors like FMCG, Textile, and Agriculture.Believing that Knowledge without Practice is useless and Practice without Knowledge is dangerous, I studying Train of Trainers diploma to understand all new updates regarding Teaching and Training and become a Certified Trainer from The Canadian Chamber of Commerce.I was Honoured to be The Trainer of 2020, and have 2 Badges from Meta company; the first is Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate and the second is Facebook Social Media Marketing Trainer.Learning and Development Passion also plays a role in my Voluntary activities as I helped as a Trainer and Learner in developing Youth in their Careers.Based on my journey in Training and Learning & Development, if you need to develop and Train your Team or your students in previous mentioned fields you can Contact me.
