In addition to my responsibilities as a level 4 advisor:• As a level 5 Financial Advisor, I am responsible for building, developing and maintaining relationships on an assigned book of business.• Profile said book of business to identify sale opportunities using specific search metrics. • Establish, present and maintain retirement planning and investment strategies to help clients reach their retirement goals.• Discuss and present advanced borrowing products to develop strategies and techniques used to accumulate wealth, reduce interest costs and protect assets, all within a holistic financial plan.• Agenda management, booking proactive meetings and calls to meet weekly sales and meeting targets.

• Make recommendations on day-to-day bank accounts, saving accounts, investment accounts and revolving credit products.• Discuss and present features and benefits of these products and how this ties into the client’s objective or financial plan.• Adjudicate credit products by examining and reviewing client’s financial information in accordance to Bank policy.• Identify sale opportunities by discovering client assets, debts and financial priorities• Create and present financial plans focusing on cash flow and major purchase planning.• Use and present bank tools/software to illustrate key ideas to clients.

• Lead a direct report of 10 Customer Representatives.• Provide weekly coaching to direct reports and conduct quarterly assessment reviews.• Lead monthly service meetings, engaging reports on best practices, bank objectives and service reports.• Respond and resolve escalated customer complaints.• Reconcile cash shipments to and from the branch.
