I am an ICF-certified coach, and I am passionate about coaching people. I have coached random people in airports, professional athletes, bosses, employees, clients, and even my own children. Most people who I coach talk about feeling "stuck" and say things like, "I want to move up in my current position," "I am feeling burned out in my current job and am looking for a new career," or "I need help dealing with my work/family situation." I wish there were some life hack or book you could read that would give you the answers to all these questions and make everything work out great. Life isn't that simple, as you have probably already discovered, and this is where I come in to help you form new Behaviors and Habits that will allow you to achieve your Goals and Aspirations. I also help you to be accountable for your personal growth each step along the way.Over the past five years, I've also had the privilege of coaching and partnering with teams and individuals in a corporate setting, helping them significantly improve their collaboration skills and overall effectiveness. I've also had the opportunity to create and deliver training sessions focusing on mindset improvement, workplace burnout, and Nonviolent communication.My professional journey began after I earned my bachelor's degree in Management. Over the past 30 years, I've had the opportunity to work in various technical, supervisory, and managerial roles across diverse industries such as IT, R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Human Resources. This extensive experience has given me an understanding of the challenges individuals and teams face in these sectors. I've even had the unique experience of starting a factory and teaching adult education at a local community college for over a decade.As a lifelong learner, I am committed to staying at the forefront of my field. In recent years, I have earned graduate certificates and other course credits from institutions such as Harvard, Cornell, and Northwestern University. These certificates, in Leadership Psychology, Servant Leadership, Agile Project Management, and Mediation training, reflect my dedication to continuous learning and development. When I am not coaching, I enjoy raising my family and mentoring individuals in my community who are striving to enhance their lives
