Andrew currently works as a technical adviser for a number of other companies. He also sits on the board for G2L-Unity, an innovative IT company specializing in full system life-cycle development.In more recent times, Andrew has been fully dedicated to YouTopian philosophy, with over 100,000 words of Academia, along with a collection of apps and communities that have provided proof of the YouTopian TSoP algorithm and neural science. YouTopian philosophy provides a community framework that rewards positive actions such collaboration, compassion and creativity while encouraging alternative fair trade so to help fight poverty.After 2 years working in IT management and MIS for Swift Adhesives (a division of Reichold Chemicals INC.) Andrew started his own business working primarily in the development of large scale solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. More specifically, he was responsible for the development of the system and data architecture around the collection and analysis of phase one study data. This included a solution used for the analysis of drug resistance for specific strains of bacteria which is still in use today.Andrew was invited to sit on an Aventis advisory board in his capacity of systems expert and supported technology for GSK, Aventis, Johnson and Jonhson, BSAC and Bayer.After successfully selling his business Andrew moved to Lithuania where he launched G2L, an IT company specializing in the full system life cycle and over time has been involved in a number technical innovations including work around life sciences, physical training (HIT) and rail telemetry. The latter of which involved working with EMT, Network Rail and Virgin in the development of a system that measures the safety of railway tracks and the impact of damaged rail on rolling stock.More recently, Andrew has also qualified as an mBraining Coach and has worked extensively in HR around engagement and training.Andrew is also a published author and has toured extensively while supporting book promotions and educational initiatives. He is passionate about the promotion of classical English Literature and making it more accessible to the young. He has worked as a ghost author for a number of different personalities and has a range that stretches from poetry and medieval essays to autobiographies and text books.He is also currently involved in the development of a resort in the Baltics and has recently opened a new business arm in New Zealand.
